This symposium, presented during the SAEM 2007 annual meeting in Chicago, discusses controversies in emergency medicine. Topics include, Factor Xa inhibition versus IIa inhibition for treatment of ACS, the current state of ADHF, the use of platelet inhibitors in the ED, and PCI versus lytics.
